Methyl Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose(MHEC/HEMC) is a white or light yellow odorless, tasteless and easy-flowing powder, soluble in cold water and hot water. In general, it is insoluble in most organic solvents. PH value is in the range of 2-12, the viscosity change is small, but the viscosity decreases beyond this range.
